Taixing Sanfeng Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. is a waste-to-energy BOT project company owned by Sanfeng Environment Group, located in Taixing economic development zone, covered by around 100 acre area. The company was a local state-owned Taxing Yanjiang thermal power plant formerly, renamed to Taixing Covant Yanjiang Thermal Power after took over. In March 2016, the equity transaction was completed and it changed into waste-to-energy project, produce both heat and electricity. The first phase of the project is equipped with a 350 tons per day waste incinerator, the second phase of the project is equipped with 450 tons per day waste incinerator, and both of the two phases have been completed and put into operation. In addition to power generation, it also assumes the central heating task of more than 80 central heating enterprises.
